Knowledge Base - Make sure your Adobe Flash Add-on is Installed and Enabled in Internet Explorer.

In order for courses to load correctly, you must be using the most current version of Adobe Flash Player as an Internet Explorer Add-on. You can check if your browser is configured correctly for Adobe Flash by running the browser test or manually check your Internet Explorer browser under TOOLS, MANAGE ADD-ONS. See images below.
